Frequently Asked Questions

Everything families ask us, answered plainly.

A ROTA nanny works in rotation — most often equal weeks on and off — so your children always have rested, consistent care, and your household never depends on one person to hold the entire week.

Common arrangements include 7-on / 7-off, 14-on / 14-off, and 4-on / 3-off. Every rotation is tailored to your family's calendar and residences.

Our placement fee is 17% of the nanny's annual compensation. Compensation itself varies with experience, schedule, travel, and household complexity — full ranges are on our Investment page.

Timelines vary with the specifics of your search. Because we focus only on ROTA placements, we move efficiently while never compromising on fit — and keep you informed at every step.

Every professional completes a comprehensive screening: application review, reference verification, background screening, CPR & First Aid verification, employment-history checks, an in-depth interview, and a travel-readiness and ROTA-experience assessment.
