The ROTA Collective is not the employer of any candidate presented through our services. Any employment relationship, compensation agreement, schedule, benefits, payroll obligations, tax obligations, or workplace policies are established solely between the family and the candidate.
Submitting an inquiry, consultation request, resume, application, or other information does not create a contractual relationship and does not guarantee placement, employment, interviews, candidate availability, or successful matching.
All placements are subject to separate written agreements and our evaluation and screening process.
Families are solely responsible for evaluating, interviewing, selecting, supervising, and employing any candidate presented through our services.
Candidates are solely responsible for evaluating employment opportunities and determining whether a position is suitable for their individual circumstances.
The ROTA Collective does not guarantee the performance, conduct, availability, qualifications, suitability, honesty, or future actions of any family or candidate.
While we may assist with reference checks, background screenings, credential verification, and other screening measures, families remain responsible for conducting any additional due diligence they deem necessary before making hiring decisions.
